You can expect to earn between $2050 and $2460 per week. Your pay is based on 82 CPM split, and you'll typically drive 5,000+ miles per week.
When do I get paid?
Paychecks are deposited weekly via direct deposit.
How often will I be home?
Most drivers are out for at least 3 weeks at a time. We make every reasonable effort to honor home time requests and encourage advance planning.
What kind of trucks do you have?
You will drive a brand-new Volvo VNL 860 sleeper. These trucks are fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, inverter, and Apple CarPlay® / Android Auto™.
Will I have my own truck?
Yes, you will be assigned your own tractor, so there is no slip seating.
What kind of freight will I be hauling?
You will be hauling 53’ dry van trailers through the Forward Air network. It's primarily drop & hook with some live load/live unload.
What are the requirements to drive for Tread Truck Lines?
You need 1 year of Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience, a good MVR/safe driving history, and must pass a DOT drug screen. A Hazmat endorsement is preferred.
