Every published posting appears on your company's public careers page — a clean, mobile-friendly listing candidates can browse and apply from. Each posting also has its own shareable link.
The FAST jobs directory
Active postings are also listed on the public FAST jobs directory — a browsable index of every open position across the platform, with per-state pages (for example, all CDL jobs in Texas). Candidates browsing the directory land directly on your posting, and the directory's links help your postings get found and stay ranked on Google. There is nothing to configure — publishing a posting lists it automatically, and closing it removes it.

Copy the link for a posting (or the whole page) to share on job boards, social, or in a text.
Optional verified operating stats
Open Hiring settings > Careers page and turn on Show verified pay stats on job postings. Choose any combination of Average weekly pay, Average weekly miles, and Fleet size (active drivers). The change is applied to active postings automatically.
Stats are fully anonymized, rounded, and withheld unless at least five active drivers contributed. They refresh from recent settlement data, so applicants see evidence from the operation rather than an unverified promise.
