Which plan should I start on?
Most carriers pick Pro for automatic settlement import and the Motive/WEX integrations. Choose Complete if you want Hiring, IVMR, Safety Forward and the FAST Bot AI assistant included; Essentials covers payroll, maintenance, and scheduling to get organized.
Is IVMR included?
IVMR is included on Complete, or add the IVMR/IFTA module to any plan for $6/tractor.
What is FAST Bot, and which plan has it?
FAST Bot is an AI operations assistant inside FAST chat. Ask “what needs my attention today?”, “why did payroll change this week?” or “which tractors lost money last month?” and it answers from your own settlement, fleet and schedule data — with source links, a numeric verifier that blocks figures not found in your data, and a spreadsheet download of the records behind every analysis. It is read-only and permission-aware (drivers only ever see their own pay). FAST Bot is included on Complete.
Do you charge setup or per-user fees?
No setup fees and no per-user fees — pricing is per tractor per month. Payroll Processing (direct deposit) is the one add-on priced per employee.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or add modules any time. Your price simply follows your tractor count.
